The 2009 USTA/Midwest Section Tri-Level Doubles Playoff will be held November 7 at Homewood-Flossmoor Racquet and Fitness Club in Homewood, IL. The winning men’s and women’s teams will move on to play in March 2010 at the BNP Paribas Open in Indian Wells, CA, where the Tri-Level Championships are held alongside the pros.

Each team consists of a women’s 3.5, 4.0, and 4.5 doubles teams, or Men’s 3.5, 4.0 and 4.5 doubles teams.
