USTA Midwest Leadership Application

The USTA/Midwest Section Nominating Committee is seeking interested and passionate volunteers for candidacy to the USTA/Midwest Board of Directors, Delegates-at-Large and Nominating Committee positions.   

Applications are due to the Nominating Committee by December 16, 2016

OPEN LEADERSHIP POSITIONS

The following positions will be open to residents of the USTA/Midwest Section:

  • Board of Directors (2018-2019)
    • President
    • Executive Vice President2016_Serve_To_Rally_Graphic_Final
    • 1st Vice President
    • 2nd Vice President
    • Secretary
    • Treasurer
  • Delegates-at-Large (2018-2019)
    • Eight (8) members
  • Nominating Committee (2018-2019)
    • Six (6) members

HOW TO APPLY

Those interested in serving, must complete the following in order to be considered for a position:

  1. Submit an Application by December 16, 2016
  2. Upload current resume (included within application)
  3. Upon submission of your nomination application, a member of the current Nominating Committee will contact you to schedule an in-person interview with the committee.

 

VOLUNTEER INFORMATION

SELECTION PROCESS TIMELINE

  • August 2016: Online application open to all August 16, 2016
  • December 2016: Applications close December 16th
  • February and August 2017: Interviews conducted at Midwest meetings
  • September 2017: Slate presented for election by USTA/Midwest membership
