USTA/Midwest Section and Midwest Youth Tennis & Education Foundation Grants and Scholarships

The USTA/Midwest Section and Midwest Youth Tennis & Education Foundation offer individual grants and scholarships each year.  Complete details are available below.  Please note the Section and Foundation are separate organizations, and the applications below are reviewed by two different associations.

 

USTA/Midwest Section

The USTA/Midwest Section offers the following individual grants. Select the link below to print the appropriate grant application, or save it to your computer and complete in Word format. Please do not complete the application online as the application is set up to either print, or save to your computer as a Word file.  Once the application is complete and contains all supporting documentation, it may be e-mailed to the appropriate staff person or mailed to the USTA/Midwest Section office.

Midwest Youth Tennis & Education Foundation

The Midwest Youth Tennis & Education Foundation provides individual grants and scholarships. Please select the grant link below to review the guidelines listed on the first two pages of the application, and then the grant application. You may print the grant or scholarship application, or save them to your computer and complete in Word format. Please do not complete the applications online as they are set up to either print, or save to your computer as a Word file.  Once the appropriate application is complete and contains all supporting documentation, it may be mailed to the Midwest Youth Tennis & Education Foundation office.
