The USTA/Midwest Section congratulates you on taking the first step to advocate for tennis in your community. You will find some great resources on this site that will help you to build tennis facilities and create programming in your area.
The USTA/Midwest Section Advocacy Handbook is now available. This handbook provides a variety of helpful resources, and includes the following information: District advocacy information, advocacy agenda and community health initiatives, case studies involving tennis programming in schools, case studies incorporating Midwest tennis facility projects, membership density and CTA maps, and arthitectural renderings/conceptual designs. Further questions regarding the handbook or advocacy in general may be directed to USTA/Midwest Section Director of Community Tennis Jeff Giles at 317-669-0455 or via e-mail at jeff@midwest.usta.com.
